Team Management

Under Dashboard → Team, you manage the members of your workspace.

Member List

The overview shows all workspace members with:

  • Name and email address
  • Role (Admin or Member)
  • Join date
  • Badge for the workspace owner

Roles

RolePermissions
AdminFull access to all features including settings, team management, and billing
MemberCreate, edit, and delete items. No access to workspace settings or team management

Inviting Members

  1. Click Invite member
  2. Enter the email address
  3. Choose the role (Admin or Member)
  4. The invitee receives an email with an invitation link

Invitations are valid for 7 days. Pending invitations are displayed below the member list and can also be revoked there.

Managing Members

For each member (except the workspace owner), you can:

  • Change role – Switch between Admin and Member
  • Remove – Remove member from the workspace
