General Settings

Under Settings → General you manage the basic configuration of your workspace.

Workspace Information

  • Plan – Your current plan (display only)
  • Workspace ID – Unique ID, copyable (e.g. for API usage)
  • Workspace Name – Freely choosable, can be changed at any time

Timezone

Select your company’s timezone from the dropdown list (IANA timezones, e.g. Europe/Berlin).

The timezone affects:

  • Reminders – Delivered at 07:00 AM in the selected timezone
  • Scheduled Reports – Sent at 08:00 AM local time
  • Audit Log – Timestamps are displayed in the workspace timezone

Currency

Choose the default currency for your budget dashboard:

EUR, USD, GBP, CHF, CAD, AUD, JPY, SEK, NOK, DKK, PLN, CZK, HUF

The currency is used for cost displays in the budget dashboard and for cost forecasting. Items can still have individual currencies.

Delete Workspace

If the workspace is not your first (default) workspace, you can permanently delete it here. This action irreversibly removes all items, members, tags, and audit entries.
