Calendar Feed

Export expiration dates as an iCal feed and display them directly in your calendar client.

Setup

1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Calendar Feed
2. Click Generate token
3. Copy the displayed feed URL

Connect your calendar

Google Calendar

1. Open Google Calendar → Settings → Other calendars → From URL
2. Paste the feed URL
3. Click Add calendar

Microsoft Outlook

1. Open Outlook → Calendar → Add calendar → Subscribe from the internet
2. Paste the feed URL

Apple Calendar

1. Open the Calendar app → File → New Calendar Subscription
2. Paste the feed URL

Content

The feed contains all items in your workspace as calendar entries with:

• Item name as the title
• Expiration date as the event date
• Category and status in the description

Regenerate token

When you regenerate the token, the old one becomes invalid. All calendar clients using the old token will lose access and must be updated with the new URL.
