Getting Started

Create an Account

Sign up at app.expirly.ioΒ  with your email address, Google, or Microsoft account.

After registration, Expirly automatically creates your first workspace.

Create Your First Item

  1. Navigate to Dashboard β†’ Items
  2. Click Add Item
  3. Choose a category (SSL, Domain, License, Contract, etc.)
  4. Fill in the details – for SSL and Domain items, you can enter a domain and Expirly will automatically scan the expiration date
  5. Configure reminders (e.g., 30 days, 7 days, 1 day before expiration)

Auto-Scanner

For SSL and Domain items, Expirly automatically checks expiration dates every hour. Manually created items use the date you entered.

Set Up Notifications

Under Settings β†’ Notifications, you can connect your preferred channels:

  • Email – Enabled by default
  • Slack – Incoming webhook URL (Pro+)
  • Discord – Incoming webhook URL (all plans)
  • Microsoft Teams – Incoming webhook URL (Business+)
  • Telegram – Bot token + chat ID (all plans)
  • Zapier/Make – Webhook URL (Pro+)
